A proud veteran of the Indian Army, he served the nation with distinction, imbibing values of integrity, perseverance, and leadership that continue to guide his professional life. After an illustrious career in the armed forces, Mr. Dogra dedicated himself to the field of education, driven by a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to society. With a solid academic background—M.A(Eco), M.A. (English),M.com and B.Ed.—and rich experience as a teacher, he possesses a deep understanding of both educational leadership and classroom realities.
Motivated by his vision to provide quality, value-based education to the children of his native region, Mr. Dogra established Doon Public Academy. The institution was founded with the objective of offering world-class educational opportunities within the local community, while nurturing moral values, discipline, and holistic development.

As the Founder & Director, Mr. Dogra provides strategic direction and visionary leadership to the school. His focus remains on creating a safe, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating learning environment where students are encouraged to excel academically and grow into responsible, confident citizens.
